Ordering and Billing

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    For shop purchases, we accept PayPal, Pippi Post gift cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well.

    For monthly subscription purchases, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards are accepted.

    You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account settings.

  • How do I make changes to my order?

    Please know order information cannot be edited once orders have been placed – this includes email, shipping address, shipping service, and order contents. Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you review your order carefully before checking out.

  • What are the terms for Preordering?

    Please read all terms thoroughly before agreeing to purchase via the Preorder system. Once added to the Preorder list, you have agreed to purchase that particular item. Any cancellation of a Preordered item will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee, unless a different amount is stipulated in the terms of the agreement. All preorders are non-refundable. Discounts may not be applied to preorder items.

Shipping and Returns

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. Domestic subscription orders ship for $1 per kit and international subscription orders ship with a small $4 handling fee! Shop orders of $80 or more shipping in the U.S. ($150 or more shipping to Canada) with economy service get FREE shipping. Some exclusions apply. More shipping information can be found here.

  • What is the return policy?

    Please contact customer service here for questions regarding returns. Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale", washed/worn merchandise, drinkware, and "Mystery" promotional items.

    All non-apparel items are FINAL SALE. This also includes digital items, classes, and subscription orders. Please review all items carefully before placing your order. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase.

  • When will my printable subscription become available to download?

    Your subscription order will be in your account on the 20th at 12:00pm ET of each month.
